ChimpsAtSea’s Reach repository is a work-in-progress decompilation. Its supported target is the tag-debug build identified as July 11, 2011, rather than a general replacement for every retail Halo: Reach release. That specificity is important: a project reconstructing one executable does not automatically accept a different edition of the game.
The repository tracks code and data progress separately. Those development measures describe reconstruction work; they should not be read as a campaign completion percentage or a list of working multiplayer modes.
The useful route here is the source repository and its progress links. An existing copy of the game is required, and the repository expressly excludes game assets and assembly. There is no browser launch route for this entry.
Choose this project if you want to follow or study the reconstruction of that specific Reach build. For a playing session, use a separately documented playable release rather than treating the source archive as a ready installation.
The supported target is tag_debug_untracked_jul_11_2011, identified as reach halo3 tag debug xenon untracked Jul 11 2011 16:43:16. The repository requires an existing copy and includes no game assets or assembly.
