About this version

VistaLargaGames provides a Quest adaptation that loads the player’s original game data and maps wrestling actions onto the headset’s controllers. It is a separate hardware port from desktop No Mercy builds.

Original game
WWF No Mercy

The N64 ring in a standalone headset

This Quest adaptation builds on No Mercy Recompiled, N64Recomp and RT64 to run WWF No Mercy on Meta Quest 3. Its defining difference from a desktop build is the immersive headset view and a mapping of wrestling actions to the Quest controllers. It remains a game controlled through buttons and sticks; the project’s instructions do not describe replacing grapples with tracked real-world wrestling motions.

The creator targets a 60 FPS presentation, with intermittent screen stretching and camera snapping listed as known bugs. Those camera issues are particularly relevant to a headset experience, so they belong in the decision to try this early adaptation.

Learn the controller mapping before entering the ring

The left stick moves the wrestler and the right stick taunts. A grapples, B strikes, X changes the focused opponent and Y handles actions such as flipping a downed wrestler or picking up a weapon. Left trigger blocks; right trigger enters or leaves the ring and requires a full pull.

Left grip evades and becomes the pin action when you are at the opponent’s head. Right grip runs. Clicking either stick switches that wrestler between player and CPU control, while the left menu button pauses and the Meta button recenters the view. Those less obvious bindings are worth learning before an active match.

Select the correct revision in the app

Install the project’s APK using its Quest installation instructions, then select your own North American version 1.0 ROM from the main menu. The application loads assets from that copy; a separate extraction process or source build is not required for the documented package.

Meta Quest 3 is the stated hardware target. This release should not be treated as a browser game or as proof of support for every headset, ROM region or revision. Keep the desktop No Mercy project and this hardware adaptation distinct when choosing a download.
